Your pet photos are source material, not a data product.
The website
The public page does not upload pet photos or submit the passport form to a hidden database. The pilot request opens your email application. Our hosting provider may process ordinary request metadata for security and delivery.
Pet photos
We request photos through a separate private transfer after reviewing your note. We use them only to make the companion you requested. We delete source photos and unneeded working image files from systems we control within 30 days after final delivery or a decision not to proceed. We disclose the transfer provider and any different backup-retention period before collection.
Training and publicity
We do not use customer photos to train models. We do not publish photos, pet names, animations, or quotes without separate, optional permission.
Local use
Companion memories and activity stay in the local browser unless you explicitly connect an external source. The pet pack is downloadable and user-controlled.
Your choices
You may ask for deletion of request materials or withdraw before production begins by emailing [email protected].
